2. Phytosanitary Certificate & Export Documents

  • Official Documentation: All international orders include a Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Department of Agriculture, Thailand.

  • Preparation Period: Please allow 5-10 business days for document processing and professional plant preparation before shipment.

3. Shipping & Delivery

  • Service Areas: We ship to the USA, Canada, EU, UK, Japan, Singapore, and worldwide.

  • Shipping Methods: Orders are dispatched via Dragon Courier or EMS.

  • Special Recommendation (UK & EU): We highly recommend choosing Dragon Courier for shipments to the UK and EU. This service typically includes efficient customs handling to ensure a smoother delivery process.

  • Tracking Number: Once your order has been dispatched, we will provide a Tracking Number via email or your order dashboard for you to monitor your shipment.

  • Customs & Import Duties: Customers are responsible for any import taxes, duties, or customs clearance fees required by their respective countries.

5. Live Plant Guarantee & Refund Policy

  • Unboxing Video Required: To claim a refund or replacement, you must provide a clear, unedited video of the unboxing process within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Quality Assurance: We guarantee that plants are healthy and variegated as described before shipping.

  • Exclusions: The guarantee does not cover minor cosmetic damage (e.g., yellowing of 1-2 leaves) or plants that decline due to improper care after arrival.
