I had shipped by included Phytosanitary Certificated and doing all follow your Law Country.All orders had fresh & Healthy plants. All Variegated plants are a specialty of ours.You are about to venture into the world of traditional & unusual plants.

Shipping Detail :
- All plants shipped from Thailand with free phytosanitary certificated for every order.
- We shipped by bare roots cover with spectrum moss. However, there are some plants and some countries where plant delivery may differ from this condition. It depends on the conditions of the buyer's destination country.
- Shipping Cost depends on total weight of your order by  See on One Page Checkout after finale shopping already system will calculated.
- We are not liable for any loss, damage, death, or injury arising directly or indirectly from any process caused by custom or shipping process (handling, treatment, and release time).
- Buyer agrees to not request any refund or if the the plant death between process shipping we will replace add with your next purchases by please take photo when received within 12 hours.
- Buyer please check your custom detail before ordering because every problem we not take any responsible because we've already send the goods and shipped with phytosanitary certicated doing follow your custom already.
- We will ship the product approximately 5-10 business days after receiving the order and payment. and will inform the tracking number. to the person who knows after the delivery has been completed.
- The time it takes to receive your order depends on the destination country and each country's customs procedures. In this process we cannot interfere. Therefore, the buyer must understand and accept this step.
- All options got the tracking info, when shipped. It takes about 5-10 business days to assemble the order from partners' nurseries and prepare for shipping.

 USA & Canada Customer :

- We Ship to USA & Canada by Dragon Courier with Express mail 5-7 days.All Plants can combine shipping will saving for you.
- Every order not pay more from my web because Custom fee had clear already.
- USA request your Import permit if order more 12 Plants.If you not have please order not over 12 Plants per time.(If you had import permit please give me to my e-mail admin@bkinterplants.com after pay to paypal already)

Japan Customer :  Shipped by Thai Express mail 4-5 business days.

NOTE : Japan (for Musa,Philodendron,Monstera,Epipremnum) will shipped lated because Your law want Test Plant from Lab for pass your Law Country. Take time more 5 business days for test the plant therefore Shipping time will lated. 

Singapore Customer : Shipped by Thai Express mail 4-5 business days.

EU & UK Customer :

EU & UK shipped by Thai express mail 7 - 10 days.(Dragon Shipping please request by I will request money to your payapl by add $70 up from shipping cost on my web)

-   For Thai express mail  Payment is not final because sometime your custom will request tax fee.
-   For Dragon price on my web is final because include tax fee already.(Request) 

NOTE :  UK and EU will shipped lated because  Your law want Test Plant from Lab for pass your Law Country. Take time more 5 business days for test the plant therefore Shipping time will lated. 

Other Country Customer :

            For other Country I will shipped by Express mail or UPS up to Country by please contact me admin@bkinterplants.com  

- Tax Fee is your payment I can’t clear this process from your custom this mean you will pay and clear all from your custom by yourself.
