At BK Interplants, we are dedicated to delivering the highest quality rare and variegated tropical plants to collectors worldwide. Because we ship live plants internationally, our Refund & Return Policy focuses on a “Replacement Guarantee” to ensure you receive a healthy plant for your collection.

1. The 12-Hour Arrival Guarantee

According to our Refund & Return Policy, all orders are protected by our strict arrival guarantee to ensure your peace of mind.

  • Immediate Inspection: You must inspect your plants immediately upon delivery.

  • 12-Hour Notification: If your plant is Dead on Arrival (DOA), you must notify us within 12 hours of the package being marked as “Delivered” by UPS or Thailand Post.

  • Evidence Required: To process a claim under our Refund & Return Policy, a clear unboxing video and photos of the plant and its Phytosanitary Certificate are mandatory.

2. Replacement-Only Policy

To maintain the sustainability of our international export business, we operate on a Replacement-Only basis.

  • No Cash Refunds: As stated in our Refund & Return Policy, we do not offer cash refunds. We will instead provide a high-quality replacement plant.

  • Future Order Inclusion: For your convenience and to save on shipping costs, approved replacements are typically sent together with your next order.

  • Store Credit: If the specific plant is out of stock, we will issue a credit voucher of equal value for your future purchases at BK Interplants.

3. Eligibility for Replacement

We provide replacements under our Refund & Return Policy for the following cases:

  • Severe Root Rot: Damage that makes the plant’s survival impossible.

  • Dead on Arrival: Plants that have perished during the transit process.

  • Incorrect Species: In the rare event that you receive a different plant than what you ordered.

Note: Minor leaf yellowing or cosmetic stress from shipping are normal for live plants and are not eligible for replacement.

4. Free Replacement Shipping & Documentation

Unlike other nurseries, BK Interplants offers a special benefit within our Refund & Return Policy to minimize your costs:

  • 100% Free Replacement: When your replacement claim is approved, we provide the new plant free of charge.

  • Zero Additional Costs: We will cover both the additional shipping fees and the cost of the new Phytosanitary Certificate for your replacement plant.

  • Simple Condition: This “All-Free” service applies when the replacement is included with your next purchase. This ensures your new collection arrives safely and cost-effectively under our Refund & Return Policy.
