Shipping Process

We handle all plant exports with great care to ensure your plants arrive safely and in excellent condition. Our shipping process is designed to provide fast and reliable international delivery.

• Shipping Schedule: Orders are shipped every Friday from Thailand.

Shipping Process for USA & Canada Customers 

• Customs Clearance: Plants are cleared through customs with the assistance of a trusted customs broker to ensure a smooth and efficient process.

• Final Delivery: After clearance, plants are forwarded directly to your doorstep via UPS Express for fast and secure delivery.

Shipping Process for Japan, EU & UK Customers

After we receive your order, the plants will be sent for required laboratory testing according to your country’s import regulations. This process usually takes around 5 days. Once the test results are completed, we will arrange the Phytosanitary Certificate and ship the plants to you.

For EU and UK customers, we recommend selecting Dragon Courier during One Page Checkout.

Note: All plants are carefully packed using export-grade materials to minimize damage and reduce stress during transit. For the best value, we recommend ordering 30–60 plants per box to reduce the shipping cost per plant.

Shipping & Export Documentation

All plants are carefully prepared and shipped from Thailand. Each order is professionally packed to ensure the plants arrive safely and in good condition.

We provide complete export documentation, including:

• Phytosanitary Certificate issued by the Thai Department of Agriculture
• Commercial Invoice
• Packing List
• Standard export documents when required

Plants are shipped by air to ensure fast delivery and minimize transit stress.

Plant Care After Arrival

After receiving your plants, allow them time to recover from shipping and adjust to their new environment.

For best results:

• Place the plants in a shaded, well-ventilated area for 3–7 days
• Avoid direct sunlight during the initial recovery period
• Water lightly and gradually return to your normal care routine
• Remove any damaged leaves if necessary

With proper acclimation, your plants should recover quickly and continue to grow well.
