Do you offer international shipping for live plants? (USA, Canada, EU countries, the UK, Japan, Singapore, South Africa)

Yes, we offer international shipping for live plants to the USA, Canada, EU countries, the UK, Japan, Singapore, South Africa, and many other destinations worldwide.All shipments are subject to local import regulations. All orders include a complimentary phytosanitary certificate, issued in compliance with the import requirements of the destination country.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

We do not have a minimum order quantity.
You may place an order starting from one plant.
Shipping costs are more economical when ordering multiple plants.

Do I need an import permit to receive live plants?

For the USA and Canada:
No, customers can order freely without needing an import permit.
We handle all necessary export documents and ship using our courier’s licensed broker for customs clearance in the USA and Canada, ensuring a smooth, worry-free delivery.

For other destinations:
Import regulations vary by country, and some destinations may require an import permit.
We recommend checking local regulations or contacting us for assistance before placing an order.

How much does international plant shipping cost?

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, shipment weight, and number of plants.
The prices shown in our Shipping Guide represent the base starting shipping tier for each destination.

Ordering multiple plants significantly reduces the shipping cost per plant through combined shipping.
For larger quantities, shipping becomes much more cost-effective.

Please refer to our Shipping Guide for detailed pricing by destination, or contact us for a custom shipping quote.
All shipments include professional packing and required export documentation.

I made a mistake in the delivery address. What should I do?

Please contact us at admin@bkinterplants.com within 48 hours of placing your order.
We can only process changes before export documents and phytosanitary certification have been prepared.

Please note that if a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, BKinterplants is not responsible for any additional costs incurred for reshipping the parcel.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes. You will automatically receive an order confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and payment has been completed.
This email serves as your invoice and proof of purchase.

Where are the plants shipped from?

All plants are shipped from Thailand.
Each order includes a complimentary phytosanitary certificate, where required by the destination country.

How are plants packed for shipping?

Plants are professionally packed to ensure safe arrival:

Carefully cleaned and inspected

Roots are protected with moisture-controlled sphagnum moss to prevent dehydration during international shipping.

Secure packaging to minimize movement and damage during transit

Do you provide phytosanitary certificates?

Yes. Phytosanitary certificates are provided free of charge with every international order, in accordance with export regulations.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at admin@bkinterplants.com and include:

  • Clear photos of the plant

  • Photos of the original packaging

After review, we will arrange a replacement and include it with your next order.
Please note that claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement.
