• Can I combine my order to save on shipping cost?
  Yes, you can order all the products you are satisfied with.All plants can combine shipping cost.
  Note : For USA customer can order not over 12 plants incase not had Import Permit (Please check you import permit had list plants name same your order.)

• I made a mistake in the delivery address.What’s I do?
  Please contact our at admin@bkinterplants.com . We can only handle changes as long as the order has not been shipped.
  Please note that, if a parcel cannot be delivered and is returned to us due to a mistake in the delivery address, Plant Circle is not responsible for the additional costs associated with sending the parcel again.

• Where are plant shipped from?
  Plants shipped from Thailand with free Phytosanitary certificated Document.

  Yes, You will automatically receive an order confirmation email once you have successfully placed your order and paid for it.

• How much does the shipping cost ?
  Delivery costs are based on the total weight of your order and are automatically calculated in the cart.

• How long process for shipping take ?

  I will ship the product approximately 5-10 business days after receiving the order and payment. and will inform the tracking number. to the person who knows after the delivery has been completed.
